We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our educational organization. The role involves managing multiple departments including Marketing (Field & Digital), Counselling (Counsellors and Tele-Counsellors), Admissions (Exam Access & Coordination), and Student Support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, effective, and result-oriented functioning across all departments while directly reporting to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the functioning of:
  • Marketing Department – Field and Digital Executives.
  • Counselling Department – Tele-Counsellors.
  • Admissions Department – Exam Access & Coordination.
  • Student Support Department – Student service and assistance.
  • Research & Development
  • Drive and achieve departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure a high sales conversion rate (90%+), particularly through efficient team management and effective strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for smooth workflow across departments.
  • Maintain accountability for departmental performance and report directly to the Managing Director.
  • Analyse performance data, generate reports, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and motivation to departmental staff to enhance productivity and teamwork.
  • Ensure strong coordination between departments for seamless student experience.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure operational goals are achieved effectively.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Master's degree (preferred) such as MBA / PGDM with specialization in Operations, Marketing, or Education Management.
  • Proven track record of handling Sales & Marketing teams with 90% conversion rate success.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
