Key Responsibilities

  • Lead target-based waste management operations at the Brahmapuram facility.
  • Efficiently manage and motivate the workforce to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the newly implementing ERP system for reporting and monitoring.
  • Drive process improvements and innovations in BSF larvae cycle management.
  • Maintain high standards of odour control, space utilization, and zero-discharge operations.
  • Coordinate with senior management for scaling and replicating the system in other cities.
  • Contribute actively to system development and continuous improvement strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in operations, waste management, agriculture, food processing, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (spoken ).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with measurable performance indicators.
  • willingness to learn using ERP systems for reporting and data management.
  • Strong interest in sustainable waste management and BSF larvae cycle management.

Ability to work in a odourful environment with good waste, larvae, compost etc
