  • Responsible for Business Revenue & Service Solutions Revenue business for the Zone
  • Owning up P&L responsibility for the zone Increase
  • Spares Market Share for the Zone Ensure Spare Parts availability at all Service Touch Points & Maintain First Pick availability of 96% + for the zone Reduction in Number of EDO's in Zone
  • Drive for Increasing Customer Under fold / Assured Retention through AMC drive for sustainable Spares & Service revenue in the zone Develop & Improve on allied
  • Service Business Revenue in the zone Retain existing After Sales business through KOEL AMC from Corporate , Institutional & Telcom Customers and improve under fold customer under this segment for KOEL AMC Improve Service Reach through Service Outlets at all market center in Zone Ensure sustainability & Viability of Channel ( Service Dealers ) in the zone.
  • AMC Business - Bandhan / Dealer AMC Sales and counts as per targets Supporting in achieving the Service Quality SLAs as per targets for the zone
  • Drive Customer Connect activities in the field Grooming Team for their overall development , Productivity , efficiency & customer Service & long term service retention
  • Creating succession pool Achievement of Customer Delight Index & Customer Retention Index as per decided targets for the zone Support Service Team for Improving the service penetration & Service Market Share in the zone.
