Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes identifying customer needs, proposing suitable water treatment solutions, and negotiating contracts effectively. Additional tasks include overseeing after-sales support, maintaining a customer database, and providing market insights to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen with expertise in client relationship management, negotiation, and account development.
- Knowledge of water treatment systems, wastewater treatment, and environmental solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in market research to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Effective leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, environmental science, or a related field.
- Experience in the water treatment or environmental sector is preferred.
