Role Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Accounts Manager (preferably a Chartered Accountant) to oversee our company's financial operations, accounting processes, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The candidate must possess sound accounting knowledge, a strong grip on taxation and regulatory laws, and the ability to lead a finance team in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management Reporting

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing process.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.

Accounting Bookkeeping

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and inventory records.
  • Supervise daily accounting operations and maintain books as per applicable standards (Ind-AS / IFRS).

Taxation Statutory Compliance

  • Oversee all direct and indirect tax matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and annual filings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns and compliance with government regulations.
  • Liaise with consultants and regulatory authorities during audits or assessments.

Treasury Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor cash flows, working capital needs, and fund utilization.
  • Coordinate with banks for managing credit limits, loans, LCs, BGs, and forex payments (if applicable).

Budgeting Internal Controls

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, accounting systems, and standard operating procedures.

Audit Governance

  • Manage internal, statutory, tax, and cost audits.
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other relevant regulations.
  • Handle ROC filings, board resolutions, and other secretarial activities.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants and finance executives.
  • Review performance and ensure timely deliverables from the finance team.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or agri-business. Additionally should have experience of working in CA firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audit, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho / Oracle and advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
