Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Accounting Specialist to manage our tax and regulatory compliance.

This role requires expertise in transfer pricing, policy monitoring, and documentation. You will also oversee accounting to tax reconciliation processes and support global and local tax audits.

In addition, you will engage in ad hoc projects and contribute to the continuous evolution of our department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external tax consultants to ensure tax, accounting, and statutory compliance in multiple countries.
  • Monitor company transfer pricing policies and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Implement effective accounting to tax reconciliation processes.
  • Support global and local tax audits.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to departmental development.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in tax-related positions, preferably with Big 4 experience.
  • Familiarity with Greek corporate tax requirements and GAAP; IFRS knowledge is an asset.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as a strong team player.
