
Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, counseling sessions, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with students, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the placement and academic teams to ensure student satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities, prospects, and follow-ups.
- Represent the academy in educational fairs, events, and recruitment drives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales/Business Development/Education/Training/Financial Services.
- Age: 2232 years preferred.
- Location: Openings across all Tier-1 cities in India & all districts in Vidarbha, Maharashtra.
