ETP OPERATOR

  • Operate and monitor the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to treat and purify wastewater from various manufacturing processes.
  • Perform regular checks on the ETP equipment, including pumps, valves, blowers, filters, and chemical dosing systems, to ensure proper functioning.
  • Adjust and regulate process parameters, such as flow rates, pH levels, temperature, and chemical dosages, to maintain optimal treatment efficiency.
  • Conduct regular sampling and testing of effluent to assess the effectiveness of the treatment process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of chemicals and consumables used in the treatment process.
  • Handle and manage the safe storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose operational issues or equipment malfunctions, and perform corrective actions or coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including process parameters, chemical usage, and effluent quality.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities, environmental agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and permits.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself, coworkers, and the environment from potential hazards associated with ETP operations.

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required.
  • Previous experience as an ETP Operator or in wastewater treatment operations is preferred.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
