**Location**: Silvassa
**Industry**: Copper Electrorefinery Project
**Position**: Shift In-Charge - Copper Electrorefinery Operations

**Qualification**:

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience **OR**:

- Diploma in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering / B.Sc. with minimum 5 years of experience

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in **Electrorefining and/or Electrowinning** operations in a large commercial plant

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Overall shift responsibility for **operations of a Large Copper Electrorefining (ER) Plant**
✔ Ensure strict compliance with **EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)** standards
✔ Production planning and optimum capacity utilization
✔ Coordinate with **Anode Casting Plant** to ensure quality anodes (chemical & physical)
✔ Implement and enforce **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**
✔ Supervise process control, quality, production, and manpower management
✔ Ensure consistent high-quality output - **LME Grade A Copper Cathodes**
✔ Operate & monitor **acid recovery, nickel recovery, and ETP units**
✔ Work with maintenance team on **predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance**
✔ Coordinate with refinery head for **process consumables availability**
✔ **Train, mentor, and develop** plant personnel for continuous improvement
✔ Basic proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**
