JOB Description for Finishing Section 1. Good Knowledge of daily random inspection/Online of goods of finished product in finishing stage & preparation of their report and reporting to seniors or Dept. head if Inspection fail. 2. Good Knowledge of first production pc./Pilot run and it’s approval 3. Good Knowledge of Packaging approval. 4. Good Knowledge of AQL process/Dupro/FRI inspection 5. Prepare the report at the end of the shift & mention all observation in report. 6. If any deviation is observed, convey to Supervisor & incase any extensive deviation inform to Finishing In-Charge and QA- HEAD immediately. 7. Daily Random inspection of goods in poly packing stage and preparation of their report 8. Checking and quality inspection of sample as per Specs. To be sent to buyer for TOP samples. 9. Give training to Dept checkers and packers as weekly basis how to check goods according to Buyer requirement. 11.
