Job Description: FIBC In-Charge

**Position**: FIBC In-Charge

**Job Summary**:

- Manage the entire lifecycle of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) production.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient inventory management.
- Oversee production, quality control, and logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day FIBC production, ensuring schedules are met.
- Manage raw material sourcing, preparation, and quality checks.
- Supervise the production team for efficiency, safety, and quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure FIBCs meet all quality specifications.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify quality.
- Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality assurance documentation.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:

- Monitor raw material stocks (fabric, thread, straps, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
- Manage finished goods inventory and storage.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and train production staff on operational best practices.
- Implement performance metrics to assess team productivity.
- Foster a positive working environment and teamwork.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
- Implement Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste.
- Monitor machine performance, coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime.
- **Logistics and Dispatch**:

- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to clients and distributors.
- Coordinate with logistics for transportation and delivery.
- Maintain shipping records and documentation.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure plant compliance with safety regulations.
- Enforce safety guidelines and conduct safety training.
- Ensure environmental compliance with local and national regulations.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare reports on production, inventory, quality, and staffing.
- Document production processes, operational changes, and quality checks.
- Provide feedback to senior management on performance and challenges.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
