**Production In-Charge - FIBC Company**

**Location**: Silvasa, Dadra Nagar Haveli
**Experience**: Minimum 5 years in the production line of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory, coordinating with procurement for timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in the production area.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management on metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Train staff on production processes and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the production line of FIBC or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of FIBC production processes and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
