Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning and assigning work
    The supervisor plans, assigns, and directs the work of pattern shop employees. 


  • Maintaining and building tooling
    The supervisor leads the pattern shop workforce to build new and maintain existing tooling. 


  • Assigning work to maximize productivity
    The supervisor assigns work to maximize productivity and leverage equipment availability. 


  • Reviewing incoming notifications
    The supervisor reviews and processes all incoming notifications for validity and quality.
