We are looking for a
Store Executive
to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, and material documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Tally
and strong knowledge of
stock management (inward and outward entries)
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update stock records in
    Tally
    and other inventory systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation of
    material inwards and outwards
    .
  • Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production teams for material movement.
  • Conduct regular
    physical verification of stock
    and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials and consumables.
  • Prepare stock reports and assist in audits.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma (preferably in Commerce or related field).
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in store/inventory management.
  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP
    , Excel, and basic computer operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and record accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
