**JOB DESCRIPTION-**

**STOCK INCHARGE-**

A keen analyst with Stock Taking, Inventory Handling in assessing inward, outward. MIS, Stock Reconciliation, Consumption Report, SAP MM, TALLY, ERP, Operations, Safety Stock, MRP, Min Max Level, Re-Order, Safety Stock, 5s.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Handling team of 10 members in Store Warehouse and for Expansion WH Plant With new attachment of Projects.
- Receive inward Material and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders, SAP
- Keeping a sharp focus on targets, Issue, delivery Material, Order wise, vehicle Planning, Route Beat Planning.
- Ensure store is maintained systematically, follow FIFO process, 5s, Stacking Material.
- Create stock register, ensure excess material is returned and accounted with Account Dept.
- Responsible for periodic physical verification of stock. Creating MIS and other reports, Software: ERP MM.
- To resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors and records, Material Planning, Logistic, and Transport.
- Focus on daily Items Non Moving, Slow Moving and movement, Material Import, Domestic, High seas.
- Maintain Batch Reports, Handle (electronic, Instrument, Mechanical Materials) stores package with COA.
- Prepare Purchase requisitions and place Purchase orders with as per department requirements, weekly and month end reports, calculate with Manager and Prepare RGP & NRGP Gate passes.
- Responsible for all stores items in his custody and handling them with complete control
- Take complete care of all catering store inventories, Observe and enforce safe and ethical working practices in his department, Follow safety rules and procedures as per the required standard
- Ensure that equipment and materials are not left in dangerous state and also are stored as per requirement.
- Stack and store material on a FIFO basis,

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
