  • Plant Operation:
    • Monitor and control ETP/STP equipment including pumps, filters, aeration tanks, clarifiers, and other treatment processes. 
       
    • Adjust chemical dosages as needed to maintain optimal treatment parameters. 
       
    • Regularly check and record operational data like flow rates, pH levels, and contaminant levels. 
       
    • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, taking corrective actions to maintain treatment efficiency. 
       



  • Maintenance and Cleaning:
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, inspecting piping, and lubricating equipment. 
       
    • Conduct preventative maintenance checks to prevent equipment breakdowns. 
       
    • Perform minor repairs and report major issues to maintenance personnel. 
       
    • Clean and sanitize treatment tanks and other plant areas as required. 
       



  • Quality Control:
    • Collect water samples at designated points and conduct laboratory tests to analyze effluent quality. 
       
    • Ensure treated wastewater meets environmental regulations and company standards. 
       
    • Document test results and maintain accurate records of treatment operations.
