Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in cash flow management.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support internal and external audits.

Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Coordinate with management to support financial planning and decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).

Proven experience as an accountant or in a related role.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.
