About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused FIT Staff member to join our dynamic travel team. The ideal candidate will handle customized travel requirements for individual clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience from enquiry to completion of the trip.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end FIT travel arrangements including itinerary planning, costing, and booking.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and service providers for reservations and confirmations.
  • Provide detailed travel documentation (vouchers, tickets, itineraries) to clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients for feedback and service quality improvement.
  • Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests professionally.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FIT operations in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, hotels, and packages.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
