We're currently seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our fitness studio and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests warmly, creating a welcoming and professional environment
  • Handle walk-ins, and membership inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and respond to queries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Process payments, sell memberships, and assist with retail sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and common areas
  • Support daily studio operations and assist staff with administrative tasks
  • Monitor and enforce studio policies (e.g., late arrivals, cancellations, safety guidelines)
  • Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints with a positive and solution-focused approach
  • Stay up to date with class schedules, instructor changes, and promotional offers
  • Assist in managing social media updates or event promotions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (fitness or wellness industry a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement
