Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Title: Personal Assistant (0-2 yrs experienced)
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (Hybrid)
Work Timings: 9:00 PM - 3:30 AM IST and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: 2.5 to 3LPA
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, travel
itineraries, and meetings of the CEO
2. Conduct research and compile data to support the executive team's initiatives
3. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
4. Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, including meetings and conferences
5. Handle personal tasks for the executives, such as errands and personal appointments
6. Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure efficient office operations
7. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
8. Assist in managing projects and conducting follow-ups on action items
9. Provide administrative support as needed
10. Assist in managing the executive's professional and personal calendar
11. Handle travel arrangements and logistics
12. Facilitate effective communication within the organization
Required Qualifications
1. Any Bachelor's degree, preferable in Business Administration or relevant field
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
9. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
10. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
11. Ability to take initiative and work independently
12. Flexibility and willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary
