**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Oversee office administration tasks related to the CEO’s office.
- Screen calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them as appropriate.
- Liaise with senior management, board members, and external partners.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Discretion, loyalty, and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
