**Job Title**: Executive Secretary to the CEO - FEMALE ONLY
**Location**: Cochin
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive & Administrative Support**
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
**Coordination & Communication**
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication flow by coordinating with departments for timely reports and updates.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues on behalf of the CEO.
**Meeting & Event Management**
- Organize board meetings, client interactions, and team discussions.
- Prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items for follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and client visits.
**Strategic & Operational Support**
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Manage special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly under the CEO’s directives.
**Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution**
- Actively identify, analyze, and resolve operational, administrative, and communication challenges.
- Provide quick and effective solutions to issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to the CEO’s priorities.
- Take ownership of unforeseen problems, make sound decisions, and implement corrective actions independently.
- Serve as the CEO’s representative in resolving conflicts or bottlenecks within the organization.
**Travel & Representation**
- Manage complete travel arrangements (domestic and international) including itineraries, logistics, and accommodations.
- Accompany the CEO for meetings/events when required and represent the office with confidence and professionalism.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience as Executive Assistant/Secretary supporting senior executives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle pressure, work independently, and resolve issues proactively.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

- Flexible to travel at short notice for company requirements.

**Compensation**: Competitive salary package with additional performance based perks.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
