Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Boche Tours and Travels into its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the travel industry, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are aligned with the overall strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Lead and mentor a highperforming management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, promoting best practices throughout the organization.
- Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans successfully.
- A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
