We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Business Partner** to join our growing travel company. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel, customer engagement, and business growth. As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in expanding our brand presence, driving sales, and building long-term customer relationships in the **Business-to-Customer (B2C) segment**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages directly to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer base through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Provide personalized travel consultation and itinerary planning to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the company team to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategy and customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in **travel, tourism, or sales (B2C segment preferred)**.
- Strong passion for travel and knowledge of destinations, packages, and tourism trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good digital presence and ability to use social media/online platforms for lead generation.
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving attitude.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
