Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement of our development processes with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Ensure determination and consistent implementation of the SW- and HW QA-

Plan

• Ensure transparency of the current development status and promote data-driven decision-making
• Verify activities/procedures to determine whether they comply with the

documented process

• Check whether evaluation and work results (documented information) is

properly recorded, controlled, retained and analyzed

• Strengthen customer focus through targeted feedback management, reviews, and modern requirements engineering
• Establish a culture of open feedback and error tolerance, and support teams in their agile development
• Coaching and support in terms of quality management & continuous improvement
• Methodically support product value streams in risk analyses (e.g., FMEA), root cause analyses (e.g., A3, Fishbone), workshops, and value stream analyses
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits
• Actively contribute to our global QM community and help shape best practices

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Successfully completed Bachelors 's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience and Knowledge

• Several years of professional experience in HW/SW development and solid knowledge in quality assurance and agile methods
• Experience with audits, certifications, and the application of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS)
• Confident in facilitating workshops and enjoy working with international teams
• Drive change across departmental and hierarchical boundaries and authentically embody agile values
• Proficient in application lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Coach teams, leaders, and initiatives to sustainably improve process quality, product maturity, and time-to-market

• Perform regular quality reporting, which also includes the quality of work results

(e.g. as seen from a quality viewpoint) and process deviations
