Job Title: Production Manager
Job Summary:
Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring high-quality products, efficient production, and excellent customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management: Supervise baking staff, coordinate production schedules, and monitor product quality.
2. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks, implement quality improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards.
3. Inventory Management: Manage ingredient inventory, track usage, and optimize ordering processes.
4. Staff Management: Train, motivate, and evaluate bakery staff, promoting a positive work environment.
5 Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
7. Cost Control: Monitor production costs, optimize resource usage, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
 
Requirements:
- 3+ years of bakery experience/ Restaurant
- Supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
 
Working Hours:
15 Day day shift/ 15 day Night Shift
