Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Technical Support Executive
to manage Back office administration and support our Service team.

Job Location: Indore

Experience : 1-2 year

Job Position: Technical Support Executive

Immediate joiner

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel .

Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical and coordination support to
    Field Engineers.
  2. Maintain and manage
    service-related documents
    (Service Reports, Letter Receiving, etc.)
  3. Maintain and regularly update
    service trackers and MIS.
  4. Prepare
    quotations for service-related consumables and spare parts.
  5. Coordinate between service, sales, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Ensure accuracy and timely documentation for all service activities
