Service Apartment :

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
  • Handle check-in/check-out for service apartment guests.
  • Manage inquiries & bookings (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins).
  • Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and key control.
  • Support billing & payments (basic invoicing, cash/card handling).
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and cafeteria teams.
  • Assist co-working members with meeting room bookings, WiFi, printing requests.
  • Ensure reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle courier/post, incoming calls, and emails promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client/guest information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹16,000.00 per month
