**Reports To**: Front Office Manager

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented **Hotel Receptionist** to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Check-In and Check-Out**: Efficiently handle guest arrivals and departures, including processing payments and providing room keys.
- **Customer Service**: Assist guests with inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Reservations Management**: Manage room bookings and update the reservation system with accurate information.
- **Billing and Payments**: Process payments accurately and provide invoices upon request.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- **Maintain Records**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all guest transactions and communications.
- **Uphold Hotel Standards**: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in [Languages Required, e.g., English, Tamil] is an advantage.
