A Hotel Receptionist greets guests, manages reservations, handles check-ins and check-outs, and provides essential information to guests. They are responsible for answering phone calls, managing guest requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- **Guest Relations**:Greet guests warmly, check them in and out, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and address guest inquiries and concerns.
- **Front Desk Operations**:Manage phone calls, process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- **Communication and Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service, answer guest questions, and address complaints or concerns.
- **Hotel Management Software**:Utilize hotel management software for check-ins, check-outs, and guest information management.
- **Other Duties**:May include assisting with baggage handling, delivering messages, or providing information about local transportation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
