**Job Description: Hotel Receptionist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and courteously.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- **Check-in & Check-out Process**:

- Manage the daily check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Ensure all guest details are accurately recorded and maintained as per the hotel's SOPs.
- **Report Preparation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to guest check-ins, occupancy, and revenue.
- Submit accurate reports to the management team on time.
- **Online Travel Agency (OTA) Management**:

- Monitor reviews from different OTA platforms, analyze guest feedback, and take necessary actions to maintain high ratings.
- Ensure timely responses to online reviews and queries to enhance guest satisfaction.
- **General Office Tasks**:

- Maintain a neat and organized front office area.
- Ensure compliance with hotel rules, regulations, and SOPs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent command of English (speaking and writing) and Hindi.
- **Front Office Skills**: Knowledge of front office procedures, including check-in/check-out processes and SOPs.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
- **Efficiency & Time Management**: Ability to complete tasks promptly and accurately.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on managing guest information and following procedures.

**Additional Information**:

- **Shift Timings**: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- **Working Days**: 27 days per month
- **Paid Leaves**: 3 per month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
