About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive
Service Marketing Manager
to drive after-sales marketing initiatives at RNS Motors. The role is focused on increasing workshop inflow, boosting customer retention, and enhancing service revenue through innovative campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute service marketing campaigns (seasonal, festival, targeted).
  • Drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Promote AMCs, extended warranties, insurance renewals, and value-added services.
  • Manage digital marketing (SMS, WhatsApp, email, social media) for service promotions.
  • Organize service camps, customer connect programs, and feedback surveys.
  • Analyze service data, monitor campaign ROI, and report outcomes to management.
  • Collaborate with workshop teams to align marketing with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in automobile service marketing / after-sales operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in workshop inflow %
  • Customer retention & repeat service rate
  • CSI / NPS score improvement
  • Revenue growth from value-added services & AMCs
  • ROI of marketing campaigns
