BLG - Regional Head - Business Banking Group (BBG)| Bangalore
- Manage business and distribution for SME business within Business Lending Group for complex geograhpical locations (bigger geographical areas with multiple districts and business pockets) with different business dynamics. The business will cater to clients with turnover over between Crs
- Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met.
- Building profitable franchise for SME.
- Manage and arrest slippage and maintain portfolio quality
- Collaborating with lenders to customise lending solutions
- Managing front line sales for driving business
- Managing key/strategic relation like channels like Branch & other channels for creating lead funnel.
- Client Relationship Management in terms of risk & compliance
- Building sourcing channel with sharp focus on sourcing through branch
- Lead and manage the financial health and strategic growth of SMEs with ₹25–100 Cr turnover & ₹5–15 Cr credit exposure
- Drive profitability through revenue enhancement and cost control
- Promote fee-based products like CMS, TFx, and EXIM services
- Develop and implement growth strategies for BBG and EEG segments across geographies
- Ensure compliance through covenant monitoring and audit adherence
- Maintain portfolio health by managing SMA and NPA
- Collaborate with credit, operations, risk, IT, and compliance teams to streamline processes
- Increase CASA and TD penetration. Expand business into new regions
- Structure complex credit facilities tailored to borrower needs
- Mentor and guide teams to enhance productivity
- Review TAT & FTNR controls
- Manage team performance and channel sales
- Navigate complex business cases with legal and technical expertise
- Present credit proposals to sanctioning authorities
