We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our Sales team as Junior Sales Executives for our conferences division. In this role you will be working with key industry leaders and innovators. We help companies better their business through corporate meetings with targeted customers at very elite and specialized B2B events. This role is perfect for those looking to start their career in sales and business development. While sales experience is always great, it's not necessary.
This is an in-person role located in our Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities

Market research and data capture.

Cold calling and prospecting over the phone.

Showing up with a positive attitude ready to crush your goals.

Sales outreach leveraging the phone, email, and voicemail.

Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients.

Set monthly goals and KPIs.

Basic understanding of sales principles.

Commercial acumen & flair for sales.
Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent to be considered for this position.

Positive mindset and excellent communication skills in English, high level of self motivation and tremendous work ethic, attention to details, strong negotiation skills, ambitious and an unquenchable desire for success.

Work experience in the related field is welcomed but not required as our New Hire Training Program is sufficient to get you started on a successful path.
