Key Responsibilities :

  • AI Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and implement the company's AI strategy, aligning it with business goals and identifying key areas for AI/ML adoption.
  • Leadership & Team Management : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Solution Development : Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, from data collection and model training to integration with existing systems.
  • Research & Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and explore opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies into products and services.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify challenges and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance business outcomes.
  • Data Strategy & Management : Collaborate with data teams to ensure high-quality data availability for AI/ML model training, validation, and deployment.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement : Effectively communicate AI concepts, project progress, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ethical AI Implementation : Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, addressing potential biases and societal & Skills :
  • 6 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with a proven track record of successful AI-driven projects.
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring AI teams, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
