Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead Manager (Applied AI Engineering) to serve as a principal investigator, bridging advanced AI research with practical application. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced AI research and innovation by conducting in-depth studies and running proof-of-concept projects to explore new technologies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing challenging technical problems while owning the costs associated with serving AI models.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex product requirements into actionable technical tasks and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
  • Mentor and guide the AI team by breaking down complex challenges into manageable tasks and fostering an environment of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Establish processes that promote rapid experimentation and iterative development, ensuring innovative ideas are tested and refined swiftly.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by working closely with customer-facing teams to gather insights and tailor AI solutions to actual business needs.
