Role Overview

We are seeking a tech lead to architect and develop our next-generation consumer and enterprise applications. In this role, you will combine your expertise in applied AI, mobile, and web development to design scalable systems that power research dashboards, multi-turn AI reasoning, and enterprise automation.

Skills required:

  • Proven track record of shipping large-scale consumer or enterprise applications used by millions.
  • Ability to design UX solutions that gracefully handle latency, large document processing, and multi-turn AI workflows.
  • Expertise in architecting robust backend–frontend integrations that thrive in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience in applied AI product engineering, integrating frontier models into production-grade applications.
  • Demonstrated success in leading small teams through full product lifecycles, from concept to production.
  • Experience balancing user experience, scalability, and security tradeoffs across high-traffic consumer apps and complex enterprise integrations.
  • Comfort working at the intersection of applied AI, mobile, and web development.
  • Ability to set long-term technical direction for teams while mentoring frontend, backend, and design engineers.
  • Strong background in building scalable consumer internet or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments where design, product, and engineering must align to ship high-quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead End-to-End Development of large-scale consumer and enterprise applications from concept to production.
  • Architect Robust Systems that integrate frontend, backend, and AI components seamlessly in production environments.
  • Design UX Solutions that gracefully handle latency, large documents, and multi-turn AI workflows.
  • Integrate Frontier AI Models into production-grade applications, ensuring reliability and usability.
  • Mentor and Guide Engineers across frontend, backend, and design, while setting long-term technical direction.
  • Balance Tradeoffs between scalability, security, and user experience in high-traffic consumer apps and complex enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver aligned, high-quality systems.
  • Ensure Technical Excellence through code reviews, architectural rigor, and best practices in engineering.
  • Drive Full Product Lifecycles by leading teams through ideation, prototyping, implementation, and launch.
  • Contribute to Strategic Direction at the intersection of applied AI, mobile, and web development.
