About the Role

We're hiring a
Chartered Accountant (3+ YoE)
to join our Accounting × AI Transformation team. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of client delivery, accounting domain expertise, and product innovation. You'll lead client engagements, oversee junior accountants, and work directly with our product team to shape how AI transforms finance.


What You'll Do

  • Lead client delivery
    : Supervise and review outputs prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Drive new client engagements
    : Scope requirements, design workflows, and set up scalable processes for successful onboarding.
  • Shape workflows & processes
    : Translate complex accounting requirements into structured, repeatable workflows.
  • Partner with Product
    : Provide domain expertise, feedback, and ideas to continuously refine our AI-driven accounting platform.
  • Ensure quality
    : Establish controls and checkpoints that guarantee consistency and audit-ready accuracy.
  • Be the bridge
    : Act as a trusted liaison between clients, the accounting team, and the product org.


What We're Looking For

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with
    3+ years of post-qualification experience
    .
  • Strong foundation in accounting standards, reporting, and compliance.
  • Experience reviewing and supervising accounting deliverables.
  • Bonus: background in workflow design, process documentation, or system implementation.
  • A passion for accounting technology, automation, and process innovation.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
