Your Role

This is a startup role,
we're only looking for engineers who are truly cut out for startups: hands-on builders who thrive in fast, scrappy environments and love creating from 0→1.

As a
founding team member
, you'll need to be highly motivated to
design, code, and ship agents into production
. You'll work closely with our Lead Architect and core team to build multi-agent systems that power real enterprise workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems.
  • Code agents using
    LangGraph, LlamaIndex
    , and related frameworks.
  • Design pipelines for schema understanding, prompt chaining, and RAG.
  • Build, test, and optimize workflows on real-world datasets.
  • Ship agents into production
    , ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate across the stack
    with frontend, backend, and QA to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years
    of solid AI/ML engineering experience with strong coding background.
  • 1+ year
    hands-on with
    agentic AI
    (coding agents, orchestration, multi-agent workflows).
  • Strong
    Python skills
    (PyTorch, Pandas, SQL, APIs).
  • At least
    2 real-world AI agent projects
    , with a
    GitHub portfolio
    to show.
  • Strong
    self-built project experience
    on GitHub is a must.
  • Problem-solver who can
    debug complex agentic flows
    and
    ship fast
    .
