Company Overview:
We are a US-based logistics company looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join our international sales team. If you are fluent in English, have a knack for communication, and are eager to grow in a global business environment, this is the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US logistics market.
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Understand client needs and set appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a high standard of communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (must).
- Prior experience in international calling/lead generation will be an advantage.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- 5 Days Working – Monday to Friday.
- Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off.
- Night shift (aligned with US working hours).
