Key Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage front desk operations including answering calls, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with internal departments.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Support HR and management in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Telugu).
- Pleasing personality with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic admin tools.
- Experience in the front officeadmin roles preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
