  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a pleasant front-office environment.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor and employee attendance records.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other support teams for smooth daily operations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company to guests or callers.
  • Support HR and Admin departments in clerical and documentation tasks when needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Good command of English, Hindi, and local language (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
