Our multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, fitness experts, and clinical nutritionists work together to help clients improve mobility, manage chronic pain, and lead healthier, more active lives — all from the comfort of their homes.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Admin-level Customer Relationship Management (CRM) role to strengthen client engagement, streamline operations, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their ongoing services, renewals, and feedback.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (physiotherapy, nutrition, operations) to resolve client queries efficiently.
Maintain transparent communication with clients on updates, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Operations & Data Management
Maintain and update client and renewal tracking sheets on a regular basis.
- Extract analytical insights from client data to identify trends, retention opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to ensure timely renewals and payment collections.
Generate periodic reports for management review.
Hiring & Recruitment Support
Coordinate hiring requirements for different roles within the organization as per evolving needs.
- Assist in posting job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update hiring trackers and recruitment documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, operations, or admin roles (healthcare or service industry experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
Highly organized with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude.
