Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment cycle up to the interview stage.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Schedule and manage interviews across levels.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and share updates with stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Handle employee queries and assist in grievance redressal.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide support in day-to-day HR operations
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and shortlisting skills with knowledge of recruitment platforms.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Approachable, proactive, and people-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
