Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment cycle up to the interview stage.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Schedule and manage interviews across levels.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and share updates with stakeholders.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Handle employee queries and assist in grievance redressal.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Provide support in day-to-day HR operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and shortlisting skills with knowledge of recruitment platforms.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Approachable, proactive, and people-oriented.
