HR Intern – Job Description

Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Internship (Full-time/Part-time)

Location: Lal Kothi Jaipur

Reports to: HR Manager / HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development. You will support daily HR functions and gain practical exposure to core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for various roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing documents and facilitating orientation.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in processing HR documents such as offer letters, ID creation, and reporting.
  • Help manage attendance, timesheets, and leave records.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Collect feedback and support HR initiatives to improve workplace culture.

4. Learning & Development

  • Support training coordination, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
  • Prepare training materials and maintain training records.

5. General HR Support

  • Handle basic employee queries.
  • Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
