Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Services & Design Lead to lead our creative team based in India to shape our brand's visual and conceptual identity. This role will oversee all creative aspects of projects, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and resonate with our target audiences. The ideal candidate is a passionate and innovative leader who can balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring our campaign assets are on-brand, relevant, emotive, and distinctive. Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Build compelling brand and campaign campaigns and assets that align with our brand vision and effectively communicate our messaging.
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines while pushing boundaries to deliver fresh, breakthrough ideas. Collaborate with corporate and customer brand teams, to align creative direction with business goals.
  • Direct and inspire a design team in India, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to cultivate the growth and development of the design team
  • Drive innovation and stay ahead of trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a Creative Services & Design Lead or in a similar senior creative role with a minimim 10 years of experience leading a creative team in an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
  • Exceptional design sensibilities with a deep appreciation for delivering visually striking and effective creative.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines while delivering innovative and memorable campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various media (digital, print, video, etc.). Sharing of previous creative concepts and campaign samples will be required as part of the interview process.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with strategic business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week in Bangalore.
