Job Title: Creative Graphic Manager

Reports to: Creative Director/Head of Design

Experience: 5-7 years ( 2+ years management experience )

Budget: upto 10 LPA

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Manager to lead our design team, develop innovative design concepts, and drive brand consistency across all marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high-quality design output.
  • Design Concept Development: Develop innovative design concepts for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize business results.
  • Design Trends: Stay up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and industry developments.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the design team, providing training and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of graphic design experience, with 2+ years of management experience.
  • Skills: Strong design skills, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Software: Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
