Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Surat. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to meet revenue targets, and cultivate relationships with clients and business partners. Responsibilities include leading sales teams, managing performance, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular monitoring of market trends and delivering meaningful insights to improve processes are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and mentoring
- Analytical abilities for market analysis, strategy planning, and identifying growth opportunities
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in banking, financial services, or loan distribution is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region, as required
