About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Placement Recruiter
with proven experience in EdTech placements and corporate tie-ups. This role is crucial in driving career outcomes for our students by bringing in placement opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, and organizing successful hiring drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with IT companies, startups, and MNCs for hiring SocialPrachar students.
- Identify new placement opportunities across Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud, and Digital Marketing domains.
- Organize and execute
placement drives
,
internship tie-ups
, and
campus recruitment programs
. - Regularly engage with hiring managers, HR teams, and corporate recruiters to promote SocialPrachar talent pool.
- Track and share placement data, interview feedback, and hiring success with management.
- Work closely with students to prepare them for interviews by aligning company requirements with student profiles.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in
placements / talent acquisition
, preferably in
EdTech / training institutes
. - Strong corporate network and ability to build long-term HR partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of driving student placements in bulk hiring or niche roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
