Business Development Manager

- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Achieve financial targets including sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate branch staff performance to ensure high levels of service and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Ensure the branch adheres to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Identify market trends and analyze data to enhance branch operations and client offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, Banking, mutual funds, or NBFC management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
